Dining room, San Francisco
Black slate, steel, white leather and walnut are successfully brought together in this contemporary dining room. The contrast of the slate floor and the pewter color walls offset the white leather chairs to full effect. Their steel legs keep the look contemporary, while the reddish-brown walnut table and custom built-in adds warmth. Cell shades were chosen to allow light to flood the space while obscuring a less than stellar view.
